Where heartfelt moments meet handcrafted design
Crafts by J began in 2020 with a simple goal during a hard time: to make trendy, unique face masks. Two years later, a love of making things led to my first CO2 laser machine, and the business grew more than I could have imagined.
Today I make laser-cut keepsakes and bespoke gifts for life's most meaningful celebrations, from personalized nursery décor to elegant wedding signs. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail in Markham, Ontario, and I love working one-on-one with you to turn your idea into something you'll treasure for years.

How long does it take?
Processing time is 5–7 business days. If you need it sooner, ask about a rush order.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. A rush fee of $15–$25 applies, depending on how complex the order is and when you need it. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely, we love bringing your ideas to life. Use the order form, email info@craftsbyj.org or DM us on Instagram.
Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We ship within Canada. Shipping depends on the size and weight of your order, and every option includes tracking except letter mail. Letter mail has no tracking, insurance or delivery-time guarantee, and isn't considered lost until 20 business days after it's sent. Crafts by J isn't responsible for carrier delays or packages lost after they show as delivered. Duties or customs fees, if any, are paid by the customer.
Can I pick up or get it hand delivered?
Yes. Local pickup is in Markham, near Ninth Line and 16th Avenue (exact address sent after you order). Hand delivery: $25 to Markham, Scarborough, Pickering and Ajax; $30 to Brampton and Mississauga. Ask us about Whitby and Oshawa.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every piece is personalized and made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges. To cancel, email info@craftsbyj.org within 24 hours of ordering; after 24 hours we can't cancel or refund.
What if my address is wrong?
Please double-check your address before ordering. Once an order is sent it can't be changed, and if a package comes back because of an incorrect address, re-shipping is charged again. Replacements for lost packages go to the original address with the original shipping method.
